Grenfell Tower updates
An industry watchdog warned of the cladding danger 18
months ago after panels caused fire to tear through a Dubai block in
minutes.
When six people died in a 2009 fire at Lakanal House, a
14-storey block in Camberwell, South East London, exterior cladding
panels ignited in four-and-a-half minutes.
Southwark Council was
fined £570,000 for fire safety failings in February — but astonishingly
not for the cladding.
They were well aware of the dangers so why was this
building not fitted with sprinklers - it should have been a top
priority. Why was this building even fitted with the
cladding when they knew full well the building was scheduled to be demolished?
Coverups and corruption are rife in the corporate councils
and corporate government. We all know it and they know we know it!
Here is videoed evidence that K & C council changed their insurance only 3 months before the fire. Sounds suspiciously like Larry Silverstein did with the 'Twin Towers' in New York! And amazingly the new insurance covers "casualties"!

The inhabitants of Kensington and Chelsea, whether rich snobs or those with less, are being robbed by a corporate-run elite who run the council for private profits, private pensions, private bank profits, expense accounts, fraud and theft. Newham council - a VERY 'rotten borough'!
Newham council are rotten to the core! They have borrowed so much money via private high interest loans that the local inhabitants are paying most Council Tax for the interest on the loans! Newham councillors are mostly criminals who are working directly for private interests and against the interests of local people!

The inhabitants of Straford & the rest of Newham are paying for private bank profits and private pensions via their Council Tax payments. NONE of the inhabitants' Council Tax payments goes to any Public Services at all! In fact, with 30% of Council Tax going to private pensions, there is a shortfall of 10% that has to be covered by central government funds. This scandal will not go away and ALL inhabitants should be made aware so that they can understand why not to pay another penny!

Kensington and Chelsea Council - a Criminal corporation!
It appears that private-for-profit Kensington and Chelsea Council are chiefly to blame for the Grenfell tower disaster:

2002: KCTMO becomes one of the first of new Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMO)

2009: Amidst tenant disquiet over the way the TMO's being managed, Robert Black is hired as new chief exec promising to preside over a "culture of change" and saying he will listen to tenants. Over the next eight years allowances and senior salaries are increased significantly, his own wage rises by 36%.

2012: Fire Brigade warns Grenfell is unsafe
2013: Tenants complain that Grenfell is a fire trap
August 2013: A £9.7m joint council/TMO refurbishment announced – without fire safety improvements but with insulation-related works, including windows and cladding (which turns out to be flammable).
2014: Grenfell tenants stonewalled on how refurb money is being disbursed
2014: Grenfell Action Group lodges formal complaint over lack of consultation over homes modernisation
2014: Two local fire stations close

The inhabitants of Kensington & Chelsea should be carefully considering their positions now. Do they support the corporate council with further payments of Council Tax and Business Rates, funds which largely go to central government, a group of bribed, corporate paedophiles, that take decisions that have taken hundreds of British lives and ruined hundreds more families? None of these Criminals should receive a penny, in fact all should be arrested pending prosecution for what amounts to criminal negligence, manslaughter and even deliberate murder!
