I wonder if you can help me? I have been fighting an enforcement notice on a converted garage which is self contained. We have removed the cooker and have been applying for planning permission to join it to our bungalow. Here is the big question: Yesterday we were issued with a council tax bill for it? Does that mean it is no longer being pursued under enforcement? We are somewhat confused
