ALL council 'Bulk Courts' are unlawful AND illegal!

"It is a constitutional principle that the assent of the Queen & Parliament is prerequisite to the establishment of a Court which can operate a system of administrative law in Her Majesty’s Courts in England. This was confirmed by Lord Denning during the debates on the European Communities Amendment Bill, HL Deb 08 October 1986 vol 480 cc246-95 246 at 250: “There is our judicial system deriving from the Crown as the source and fountain of justice. No court can be set up in England, no court can exist in England, except by the authority of the Queen and Parliament. That has been so ever since the Bill of Rights.”"

There we have a senior Law Lord confirming that NOT ONE 'Bulk Court' (the private-for-profit 'courts' that councils hire) is Legal OR Lawful. NOT ONE!
This means that ALL councils are acting in FRAUD and therefore CRIMINAL whenever they use 'administrative courts'.

The Statutary Law, Magna Carta 1297, Clause 29, is quite clear:
XXIX Imprisonment, &c. contrary to Law. Administration of Justice.
"NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor [X1condemn him,] but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law of the Land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right. "

EVERY police constable and court that claims to have 'authority'/jurisdiction is obliged to uphold this vital law on Due Process! Failure to uphold this law will be Misconduct in Public Office and therefore a SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCE! 
Also, to sell justice to a private administrative court for the purposes of revenue for a private corporation (Ministry of Justice) is FRAUDULENT & CRIMINAL!

Time to STOP PAYING 'Council Tax' to the FRAUDULENT & CRIMINAL councils!
