The 'rotten boroughs', private-for-profit corporations, are taking bribes from Public Funds! These bribes are for the councils ignoring the obvious risks to their own inhabitants posed by the storing of nuclear waste material AND for 'incentives' for giving permission to Fracking companies to open Fracking sites around the country. As is well-known, members of the government have specific private vested interests in various Fracking companies! For councils to support this CRIMINAL activity is complicity in the CRIME!
