Plenty of folk in the Liverpool area know that Liverpool Council have been operating a corporate scam with their privately administered revenue collection that goes mostly to pensions, debt interest and expenses! Now councillors are realising that a local population driven into poverty by corporate government policies is not good for the economy and not good for them!
