A fundamental question that the folk living in areas controlled by these private-for-profit corporations should be asking, is 'are those in receipt of Public Funds 'Public Servants' or are they Lawfully allowed to work for private corporations'? The answer is that private corporations HAVE NO AUTHORITY unless folk give it and have NO LAWFUL RIGHT to Public Funds. Which means that, by claiming 'authority' and by misusing Public Funds, both individuals in the councils and whole corporations can be held accountable for their FRAUD!
