It appears that Hounslow Council (a private-for-profit corporation) is guilty of Misappropriation of Public Funds and Misuse of Public Office. These CRIMINAL offences are grounds for insisting upon proper contract for payment of any Council Tax with FULL DISCLOSURE at the point of signing by both parties and for the 'public services' that are being apparently provided. Without such a Lawful and Legal contract there should be caution about the implication of complicity in the CRIME of Fraud!

Other parties, such as the local Police (a private-for-profit corporation), may be involved in aiding and abetting CRIMINALS and in conspiracy to commit the serious CRIMES mentioned above!
