If 'Public Services' are being cut so much, and 30-50% of Council Tax goes to copper-bottomed pensions for councillors and council staff, and another percentage goes on 'interest payments on debts', and another percentage goes on 'expenses', and even bus subsidies are being cut, exactly WHAT is being spent upon ANY 'public services' at all?
