Councils are being run by corporations, using Public Funds for private profit!
Yet public services cannot be run like a business!

Allowing private business to run Public Services is essentially a conflict of interest and fraudulent (directly because it involves the misappropriation of Public Funds), and therefore criminal at Common Law!
